Brazil

The expedition begins at home, where Brazil proves that one country can hold wetlands, rainforest, savanna, dunes, coast, wildlife, and mysteries enough for a lifetime.

STORY DISPATCH#01

What happens on this route?

Cappy leaves his Pantanal family with a compass, a journal, and instructions to pay attention. His first journey carries him through rainforest darkness, a pink-dolphin encounter, rain-filled dunes, grassland wildlife, an immense cashew tree, and a wisely abandoned island visit. By the time he reaches Copacabana, every wrong direction has become another reason to love his enormous home country.

The Iguaçu waterfall system extends for about 2,700 metres along the Brazil–Argentina border.
